2 Nomads & a Travel Dog "Day 2"

We woke up around 8 am, walked the dog and grabbed a bite to eat.  Started heading south toward the Okefenokee.

Not far down the road we saw a sign for an animal park near Pine Mountain Ga.

This was worth the stop.  Word of advice....  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE THOUGH THE PARK!  RENT THE VAN.......

This was waiting for us at the gate.  Zebras can be very aggressive when they are hungry. lol

Giraffes will put their head right in the window.

BTW buy the 4 dollar bag of food.

This guy will spit at you if you don't feed him fast enough.

We spent a couple of hours at the park and headed on down the road.  Ate a hamburger at Aspen Mountains Grill and back on the road.

Spent the night at Georgia Veterans State Park.  Great place.
